Just rolled into town for a couple weeks. Hopefully I can go back home with some of their money. Wish me luck. Please! Lord knows I need it after my last posting.

If you've got that much time in town, seems like a good time for A Sitdown with VIC VICTORY, coach of one of our RxFantasyPucks teams.....heh

That's not good to hear. I was hoping of bringing my laptop to look at my files while making plays as the games go but that seems to be out of the question now! What exactly did they say to you as you whipped out your laptop Bushay?? Is that with all the SportsBook there?? Cant blame them though. Smart strategic move IMO. But there's ways around that LOL

Could be the house...I see people using laptops at the Hilton Race/Sports Book every day I'm in there. Not necessarily placing bets but using them as reference.

I didnt bring my laptop in with me. Just asked the sportsbook director while I was making a bet. He told me not in the sportsbooks but they do allow them on the race side for tracking bets or numbers. Cant remember exactly what he said why they were allowed. I told him I had heard they were being allowed all over town but he told me that wasnt true. But he didnt sound very convinving to me. He did say we could use out cell phones now so I was sending messages to the rx while sitting there and reading posts as well on my Blackberry. No one said a word to me.

Same to you. Is that your main source of income? Just curious. Where do you usually play or watch the games?

Welcome..........

If you like playing the puck line santa fe doesn't offer it but the hilton does.....all books have something you like and dislike if your close to a cal neva (tuscany, horseshoe, four queens) they offer a total and ml on all cfb gms.......it doesn't seem right but most of the value today is offshore.....have a great time in vegas.....i'm on my 6th yr here and absolutely love it

I'm jealous.

I'm also not a big puck line player so what the Stations offer me is fine. Not crazy about the tv setup at Santa Fe but i'm moving to Texas Station today so hopefully that works out a little better. Then on to Palace Station for the remainder of my trip. I DO enjoy their setup there. Hockey on big enough screens to enjoy the games. World Series also begins tonight and I enjoy that a lot. Time to get comfortable for the evening.....

Vic where you at?

Playing you in the Fantasy league this week and I'd really like to have my guys score some big goals with you within shouting distance. :)

palace station sports book is pretty small. their tvs are too special just a basic 12 inch tv. i usually watch games at red rock station casino. its a pretty good station casino with a nice setup towards sports.

i would say its another source of income.

Presently working, (well sort of).

How's about 3:00 on Friday. Six games on tap and 5 start by 4:30. I can meet you anywhere you'd like. although I still prefer the Hilton for comfortable seating, lots of big screen tvs, and I'm loaded with comps!

Give me a call anytime Friday.

I don't know about being 12" but their choice of location is certainly a curious one. I get a neck ache within one hour every time I watch the games there.

Ok..that'll work for me. Just got into Texas Station. Havn't checked out the book yet. Headed out for some grub and then to the Palace to meet some friends. Hilton's ok by me. Aint been there in a while but always liked their book. The comfortable seating is a must for me as well but unless I'm there all day long the seats at the Palace never gave me a lot of problems. Nothing like those school chairs at the Stardust to ruin your viewing pleasure. Either that or a drunk, out of money, slopping a Big Mac from next door all over your seat and insisting he's got the winner of the next game for you cause he knows your a tourist.

I'll call ya!
