Greek Lousy Customer Service!!!

Great book but the worst customer service clerks in the world. When are these losers going to learn English. They talk with marbles in their mouths!!

Here is the conversation when I call

Huh!!! Huh!!!! What!!! What!!!!! Can You Repeat That!!! Huh!!!! Huh!!!

JJ I have experienced this myself first hand I LOVE the book but the clerks seem like they do not understand a word you say. its the THICK jamacia accent. hence I never call in unless I have to

Speaking of BODOG customer service.....it may be #1 in the business.

I will say that the accents are sometimes strong, but i have made many, many calls to oly and I do not have a problem. One must understand going in that their is a language barrier. Cooperation and Patience are good traits.

The Greek has never had good CS, so what is the news flash. They get things done and they pay but don't expect them to be nice!

their english is fine but instead of listening when the pick up the phone they continue running therer mouths so they weren't listening.
