Great prop bet - Russell Martin

Player to get more hit + rbi

Russell Martin -115
Ivan Rodriguez -115


The only other NL catcher is McCann. He's been injured lately, so I doubt he plays much.

There are a total of 3 AL catchers, Ivan is old and has been to a bunch of these, so he probably only gets 1 AB. Plus Leyland, both his and the allstar manager, would like to get him out asap.


There are probably other Martin vs Pudge bets, but this is the one I found first. Will look for more.

I do however see a McCann/Martin vs. Posada/Rodriguez prop.

Yeah that one doesn't really utilize the advantage either. But I do like the NL there too.



I just feel like Pudge gets 1 ab and Martin gets about 3 ab.

gotta agree on this one, rodriguez shouldnt even be starting with the way martinez is playing, and you know the yankee gotta get some playing time

i might even take that, martinez is the best hitting catcher in the game right now, may not be the best behind the plate though, i would think he would get some good playing time though, 3 innings at least, so its 9 innings of at bats vs. 6
