You have to be flexible for funding and withdrawals since they don't use any online processors. So it's credit card or bank transfer. You also have to take care since they take action only and not listed pitcher.
Ladbroke's has similar funding issues but they will take Western Union. Their spread is terrible but they don't seem to move the line and so sometimes have the best line. They always used listed pitcher so if there is a pitcher change you can't get a bet down since their offer will be stale and voided.

I asked about Expekt...I have registered there, but haven't placed a bet because they wouldn't accept my Visa card. Their MLB lines are quite often a bit "off" what other books have posted.
