Well I go 4-9 ATS last week in college football which in my language sucks and no excuses for that to happen but for one I played way to many games last week which was stupid on my part and I have to break that habbit. This week of games on the board are ok and found a couple that I like this week so with that here we go:

Pittsburgh(-10) I think that the Panthers get the job done in Buffalo on Saturday as their defense should be able to contain the Bulls unlike UTEP last week and think that Stull has a big day against the Bulls def.

Army (pick) New coach with a new direction for the Black Knights as the Triple option will give Duke fits all day long and Duke has lost 10 straight road openers and losing to Richmond last week at home is no excuse.

Notre Dame (-3) this usually is a home dominated series but Notre Dame really showed me alot last week against Nevada on defense and I think that Tenuata will confuse Tate Forcier wilth alot different looks and blitzes to get a big win at the Big House on Saturday.

Nebraska (-21) Well the Cornhuskers get another Sun Belt team this week in Arkansas State and even though that they could be looking ahead to VT next week really think that they win this game run the ball right down their throats and win here big again as a tuneup for the Hokies.

Ok thats all Im playing for the early games on Saturday and be back latter on the night action on Sat as Im wating for a few lines to move like I think they will on Saturday.BOL to everybody on Saturday and lets make some cash this weekend!

Nice looking card. My only concern is the Pittsburgh selection. Dave Wannstedt. His coaching could foul up at the most inopertune times. Turner Gill is more trustworthy executing a gameplan IMO.

Good luck! :toast:

Incubus,Im not the biggest Wannstedt fan either but I think he has the better players in this game on Saturday.Im still not sold on Buffalo yet and think we get the ugly side of the Bulls here on Saturday and GL this week to you.

Gravy...I had a terrible week myself last week. I'm kind of lost because that was the first time in my life that I've ever had a losing ATS record in the first week of the season. So I'm in uncharted territory. Hopefully we can both get back on our horses this week...GL

Ok not doing too bad today as Im sticking to my guns not betting alot of games today just the ones posted here.Too bad Army has the QB throw the ball because it usually means nothing but bad news but thats over and done with.Ok here is what I like for games tonight in college football:

South Carolina (+7) Im going with the trends as these games are usually close and low scoring and Spurrier always does pretty well against Georgia in the past and extra time to prepare for Georgia doesnt hurt either I will take the 7 points and take my chances here.

Minnesota (-3) Gophers are pretty good in home openers and with there new stadium opening tonight it should a packed house and loud but think in the end somehow the Gophers get it done here with Webber leading the way to win by a TD.

Over 62.5 Kansas/UTEP - Should be alot of offensive fireworks here in this matchup as both teams can score and Kansas gets back Briscoe from suspension tonight and that should help Ressing even more tonight. I think UTEP can score some on Kansas as well and should have had a rough week at practice and should be chopping at the bit to play here.If I had to take a side would lean towards Kansas -13 but I like the over better.

Purdue (+13) Like the fact that Purdue isnt getting alot of love here in this matchup but was not impressed with Oregon at all last week and think Purdue can hang with the Ducks tonight if they dont make mistakes and wouldnt be shocked if thay won but getting almost 2 TD's I will bite.

Ok my thoughts on the Ohio State/ USC game tonight:

Alot has been made with the Buckeyes almost getting beat by Navy and have been getting laughed at and ridaculed all week by the media and for good reason as you shouldn't have played that close to Navy looking ahead or not.Meanwhile USC manhandles San Jose St who is worse than Navy and all of a sudden USC is the greatest thing since slice bread and maybe they are this year but Im not ready to crown their asses just yet.

They keys for the Buckeyes to win are the following:

1) establish a run game tonight to take pressure off Prior
2) The O-Line needs to do way better than they did last week protecting and opening up holes for the run game.
3) What Buckeye wideout is going to step up tonight and make some plays downfield tonight
4)need to win the turnover battle and field postion battle
5)Defensive line must contain the USC run game and make Barkley beat you and put some pressure on him because the Buckeyes DB's are not great like in years past.

In conclusion The Horseshoe will be loud and rocking tonight and if the Buckeys can get off to a fast start and get the lead first will be the key for them so that they can feed off the crowd tonight. My head says USC will beat them like 28-21 but I have a gut feeling that Tressel will come up with something tonight and normally he is good as an underdog in the past and if they are close in the 4 Qtr than watchout. As much as I want to take the Buckeyes here its a no play for me as I'm going to sit back and watch tonight.BOL to everybody tonight !
