Well its Championship Week for alot of the Conferences this week in College Football and everybody's favorite conference the MAC has a good game tonight between Buffalo the MAC East Champions and Ball State the MAC West Champions and going for the perfect season.As if you read my threads or not this year I have been betting the MAC this year and riding the Buffalo Bulls for the last few weeks except last week when they played a meaningless game against Kent State and lost at home.
The Buffalo Bulls are lead by QB Drew Willy who has had an outstanding year for the Bulls this year and had an outstanding group of receivers to throw to in Naaman Roosevelt who has over 1000 yards receiving and might be getting back Ernest Jackson tonight who would be a big boost for their offense tonight.I really think the bread & butter of this offense is RB James Starks who if the line can open up some holes for him tonight will really give Ball State fits on defense.
Now everybody knows about Ball State lead by QB Nate Davis and their RB TB MiQuale Lewis leads the MAC in rushing yards with 1,570 yards with their high octane offense so really dont need to get into them much.
The key to this game will be the defense as which team can make a stop as both teams can and will score tonight inside Ford Field probably 3/4 filled with Ball State fans tonight.Whatever team can do that will win tonight and Ball Sate to me seems the team to do that but here is the kicker.Im seeing Ball St as a -16 point favorite now I know Ball State is great but Buffalo has been battle tested this year on the road and is no push over.Also the last 5 games in Buffalo games have produced 63-52-51-84 & 74 Points in those games and in the last 5 Ball State games have produced 67-55-47-59-54.
As much as I like Buffalo this year I think Ball State wins tonight but I think Buffalo can keep this game close tonight and could sneak a cover tonight in Detroit tonight so with that here is my plays:
