Let me start by saying Grande is a good book and has treated me well.

That said, their new 3.6% fees for neteller withdrawals are horrible. To withdraw $2,500, you have to pay $90 in fees!

*Edit* Your first $2,500 neteller withdrawal each month is free. You pay 3.6% on additional withdrawals.

Grande used to have all free NT withdrawals all the time and came here on several occasions to trumpet this. This kind of fee looks desparate and if I had to guess I'd say they are not having a very good year. I'd never play at a book that charged that.

I recently withdrew a small balance from them. Was considering posting up again but will not now. Thanks for the headsup.

Sad to hear.

Free neteller withdrawls are a very big factor with me.

Thats too bad. I wonder though, is Neteller gouging the books because they know most books want to avoid this falling out with their customers? Or is Grande just really really trying to discourage withdrawals?

They still give one free neteller every 30 days up to $2,500.

Personally they are one of the only books I know of that I can beat up week after week and not get thrown out. Getting paid is never a problem either.

5 figure payouts are processed quickly 7 days per week.

I'd rather pony up a bit of money to cover some fees than be sucking wind like this "Royal Sports - No Pay ......... week number 4 of my payout request and money still hasn't been sent."

I talked to Scott in Customer Service there and was told those were the fees that Neteller is charging them. If you do the math, 10% bonus, cover the fees going in and going out that amounts to a 17.2% bonus. The limit of $2500 is a little harse for the freeby payout but I feel my money is safe.

10% bonus is only for signup. This would hit hard for longtime type customers. It's also tough given that they have larger players there. 2500/month is fine for small players, but for larger players 2500 is very little and 90 cost per 2500 is a major factor. I don't even like paying 15, but that's a whole lot more reasonable than 90. I don't think I've ever seen such a fee to the player, whether or not the book is being charged that or not.

10% is not just for new customers. They do give 10% reload bonuses also.

General, I don't have any money at Royal. I was just posting that in reference to one of the threads in the forum.

I would rather pay fees and get paid as opposed to have free payouts and have to sweat the payout.

Tell it,

I'm not aware of Grande giving out reload bonuses. They certainly don't advertise it. Unless neteller recently changed their fees, they only charge $30 per $2500 withdrawal. This 3.6% seems to be more of the average of what it cost them to send and recieve $2500. Persoanlly it makes no sense to me how you can allow people to wager 3 dimes on a game, but only allow a free withdrawal of $2500 and then gouge them. If you do the math, it make zero sense to play them during baseball season. Your better off taking aslighly worse line elsewhere but not giving up 3.6% of your profit later on. Though I suppose you could just request a cashiers check for significanly less.

This is from management@OSB
1. $30 is the max that Neteller charges so request higher amounts. You can transfer $2500 in one shot, so instead of $30 for $1500 you could be spending $30 for $2500.

There is no way neteller is charging Grande more than OSB. So the 3.6% is definitely Grande's way of trying to 1) discourage withdrawals and 2) last ditch effort to take back a players winnings
