UTah jazz - 6 in the first half

The Utah Jazz have been jumping on teams this year in the 1st half. IN the first 4 games this year they have been up by an average of 15.5 points per game at half time!!!! 26-17-15-6 was thier leads at half time this year. They are playing at home tonight against Toronto and I think they will take a big lead into the locker room once again tonight. Good luck to everyone on this game.

1st Q could be good as toronto is not playing well in the 1st Q and really really bad in the fourth

Best of luck to you in general...

Caution - short-term trends are the great traps of the NBA. Jazz were coming on last year when healthy and the Boozer addition appears HUGE for them. Historically they are a terrific home team and are very tough when rested there vs. a no-rest opponent. HOWEVER, they have gotten big press quickly and now have a line as if they resemble the prime years of Malone and Stockton.

Their wins so far...two v. Nuggets who are missing two cogs and seem generally lost...v. Warriors with a new coach and were still experimenting with a Princeton offense...v. Lakers when Lakers were in 0-1 rest spot AND adjusting to Rudi T. AND adjusting to each other with dubious chemistry so far.

All things being equal and without undue injury setbacks, the Jazz could be a 54-58 win team. The Raptors are probably a .500 team as currently constituted, depth and a new coach being their big problems. I could see justifying a 9.5 line perhaps.

I'm not so sure about this line. Utah is slightly overpriced at the moment imo. Toronto is improved, sure they were blown out yesterday but game was over early and the starters did not log heavy minutes. Plus they have always had extreme difficulties in Sacramento. I expect a closer game tonight, I believe Toronto will keep it under double digits.

I would post a line of 8.5 or 9.

I am not playing the game. . .I dont like the double digit spread either, But I do feel that the JAzz come out and play basketball early and I feel like they will be up big in the first half. Thank you for your opinion, I feel the same on the game line
