Game of the Universe my ass
What the hell does that even mean...
It's 50/50 in this game, so I hope you're lucky and get some gifts from Pittsburgh in the form of fumbles or INTs or whatever.
Both teams won't be able to do much with the ball. Extremely good D on both sides. That will decide who wins.
Pittsburgh has Harrison and Woodley, good luck stopping them. They're beasts and WILL get at Flacco. I'm not sure if Flacco can maintain his composure when Harrison will be smashing him apart. Remember, this is late in the season and it is of my opinion that Flacco won't be able to stand tall against this Steelers D. The game will be won by defense and mistakes... I can see Flacco throwing INTs or at the very least there should be a lot of 3 and outs on the Ravens side. Dick LeBeau is the best D coordinator in the game with his zone blitz defense enabling various unpredictable pass rushes and coverages, confusing the hell out of Flacco and the blockers. Flacco better not let his guard down for even a second.
Flip the coin now and you have almost the exact same thing on Baltimore's side. Pressure defense with amazing talent. Big Ben will be dealing with the same exact thing. Pittsburgh played the Giants(pressure D) and the Eagles(pressure D) and lost both games. Oh, and they lost at home to Indi which is another pressure D. In all 3 of those games, Big Ben got sacked like crazy and he started throwing wild passes with INTs being the result more than the odd time.
Motivation: Both teams will be motivated and I don't think one team will be more motivated than the other. Sure, they're playing in Baltimore so the Ravens will be excited, but hey, last I heard Pittsburgh has a huge fan backing from all around the country and there will be a lot of Steelers' fans at the game.
Injury: In a game like this, you're going to get some injuries. Pittsburgh -- in my opinion -- is better at dealing with injuries than Baltimore. My question is, will one side play dirty and go for the cheap shot on a QB or star player? These teams hate each other and there will be no love loss when the injuries start piling up. We know Baltimore has more to lose in this game, so they're the team to watch out for.
Divisional Rivals: It is hard to beat a team twice in a single season, and considering how close these teams are, it is only fitting that Baltimore wins this game.
At first, I was all over Pittsburgh because they're the better team, but now I'm staying far away from this game.
It should be a great game to watch.
