pat, i can totaly see where your comming from here but by buzzsaw doing this deal tells me he basicly sold his sole in order to get these players paid.

also, i was reading his site and it does say that stick with the "B+" or higher rated books right now so maybe thats what he was thinking it's hard to tell because i guess you can read it twodifferent ways.

Have always stood up for you SBR, but this is a joke.

If you moved them up to a "D" I might be able to accept it, but there are losts of solid books at the "C" ranking and to include extreme slow pays makes all the ratings next to useless.

Might as well quit offering ratings.

Is this deal open to all the stiff joints? Players who were stiffed in the past would have to love the possibility of getting paid. How about giving stiff joints until the end of the year to pay up or atleast mediate their position with this site or SBR.

From SBR:

-11/30/03 Rio raised from C to C+, Sportsbettingtrivia raised from D- to D+, theonlinebet lowered from C to F+, Las Palmas raised from C+ to B-

SBR: Did you change your mind about upgrading theonlinebet, or did they just decide that stiffing the players is more profitable than your ratings upgrade?

They probably got a couple of deposits in after this rating upgrade (which is the most ridicolous I've ever seen), and after getting those deposits, they just went back to good old no pay mode.

Buzz,
This is a horrible decision IMO. You are opening the doors for new players to get stiffed.

I've always thought SBR has been a fair critic, but I don't understand your reasoning on this one - it defies logic.

"cerdibility" hopefully SBR's is better than your spelling

The only credibility SBR is interested in is sending players to the best, safe, great books and keeping players from dog books like Homebets, NAB, GrandMaster, Pro5, ect.

At the same time it's nice to educate players that the BlueMarlins and GamblersAvenues of the world are not top shelf books.

For the critics, but mainly you Pat ole buddy, because you've had what 3 or 4 books fail that were on the Rx list since you've been the man? How many books on the SBR List have failed?

Sure you can pick at one thing or another on the SBR site but bottom line is results, and that's how I believe players who use the site measure credibility.

Buzz you just don't get it do you. You're like the kid in school that forgets his homework but tells the teacher "yeah but little jimmy forgot his too."

Instead of trying to deflect attention why not admit you made a mistake with THEONLINEBET and probably led a few more lambs (players) to slaughter.

That's the best you got SBR

I don't own a website and fleece players into posting up at crap books unlike you Mr.No Ad Dollars. Your place IMO is a dump anyway and your latest actions prove that. We constantly talk about bonus whores, what about ad whores who will do anything to make a quick buck. How much did you take for moving that rating anyway ad whore?

SBR, I bet you are one helluva dodgeball player

...I'm kinda stubborn though, so I'll ask again...

Why the downgrade on theonlinebet already? did your experiment to rehabilitate them fail?

I noticed they are an F+, so maybe they told you to F*ck Off via email instead of just ignoring you and getting an F-?

Go2 you would have to be a closet Rx, pass me the koolaid, clone to believe what you said. "...fleece players into posting up at crap books". You think SBR sends players to books like NAB, GamblersAvenue, BlueMarlin, Pro5, Homebets, GrandMasterSports, BetMega, WagerParadise? Either you are an incredible rx homer or you're related to Pat.

Go2 - Could you please list me a site with a better recommended list? Thanks

(I'll be waiting)

Thrill,
Yes, the expirement with OnLineBet ended. I thought that was rather obvious by looking at the rating. SBR still got some players paid including a poster here at the Rx. Not all bad.

Buzz, don't quit your day job because you are far from funny with your corny humor. Forget all this covert warning crap and adjusting grades to get some old players paid and newer ones fleeced. Either $hit or get off the pot!

Overall, SBR is providing a useful service for those of us who don't work in the industry. I don't know of any other sites that get beyond the "I can vouch for these great guys" method of rating books.
Keep up the good work, you're keeping me out of trouble.
