Last tour with Dupont was in Frisco, hated it so much, moved back to OK and bought a company in Tulsa, then got a wild hair and decided to drill for natural gas. Well, guess what, most of you are using that natgas, lol. That all being said, I'm hitting Cal hard tonight, this game shouldn't be close. In fact, going further west, lol, and playing da Warriors, hitting them even harder. I know we have some islanders here, so this one's for you....GO WARRIORS!

Yeah, realized after the fact I'd gone overboard there, actually love San Diego, one of my best friends in the O&G industry has a very nice condo in La Jolla, and I could easily stand living there, lol. No hate here, just some rhetoric is all, but I can't stand LA, so let's change it to "hate LA," fair enough? SF traffic sucks, only good thing about SF is the seafood, and it's overpriced, so no hall pass there. GL

San Fran is absolutely one of the best cities in the country- the culture, the food scene, the ethnic diversity, the history- it has it all. Great city to walk as well.

Good luck with the Bears tonight

OK, I apologize to all Frisco residents I may have insulted. Personally, I was transferred there in '89 to turn around Dupont's pharma debacle, I'd like you to consider the math and the state of affairs at that time.

Ya'll ignore T and his San Fran bit, he just felt a lil homophobe out there, not that there's anything wrong with that lol

Love La Jolla, George's at the Cove a great place to eat, drink and enjoy the view.

Was golfing T Pines, buddy had hole in one, meaning he had to buy drinks, think he is still paying that bar tab at Georges

Damn T, ripping on my neck of the woods.

Born and raised in the East Bay, a bridge away from SF and the peninsula. The Bay Area is without a doubt one of the best places to live anywhere on earth.

Yes, the traffic can be a pain at times, and real estate is expensive.

But the Pros outweigh the cons by a wide margin.

And agree about San Diego, its long been a favorite weekend getaway spot for my wife and I.

I grew up in Marin County and spent eight years in San Diego during college on the Van Wilder plan lol.
The Bay Area has lots of diversity as Biz said and there really is something for everyone. No hard feelings T but we gotta represent lol !

As previously stated, I did NOT mean to offend anyone in Cali. I could tell you some stories from my brief time in Frisco that would easily make you understand my....let's call it "disdain" for the town. BUT, I never met someone from Cali on this side of the country that I didn't become friends with and liked. GLTA, I NEVER wish bad upon anyone here at the RX Forum, only good fortune. U, it is great to have you back!!!

Like i said no hard feelings. If you are ever out this way and need a tour guide hit me up. I live across the gate in marin but love knowing sf is only a short jaunt away. Thinking about some pho noodle off geary street right now. So many different cultures in the city it makes getting any kind of food pretty easy.

I've had some good times in Frisco. Unfortunately, as SR pointed out, timing was bad, 1989. Ended up dating one of my underlings, and that is breaking Rule No. 1 in the corporate world. "DO NOT DIP ONE'S PEN IN THE COMPANY INK!" No biggie, I've made my fortune, but can't tell ya how many days/hours/whatever I spent at Fisherman's Wharf. I should have at least six more legs for all the crab legs I ate. That's what I love about being in North Carolina, I can get fresh sea catch every day. Again, if I insulted any here, not my intention and I truly apologize. GLTA

Good luck T! Just went to covers to see some stuff and on the home page I see Hawaii and Cal as the two biggest % plays at 78% and 71% respectively. Any concern about these being too JQP? Good luck on all plays!
