Finally got my money from EFS. Only took 28 days from the time I intially requested it. I'd like to Personally that Paul from EFs, who was the only person I could find there who really tried to help me out. I'd also like to thank Roberto, linesmanker, dimeplayer, allpro, and sundevil for all thier help.
Just to clarify my position on EFS, I know the slow pay had nothing to do with a shrtage of funds, or a desire not pay me my winnings, It had to do with a lethal combination of bad cusotmer service, administrative red tape, and a corporate policy of not speaking to its customers.
The difference between being slow paid by a company like EFS and another sportsbook, Is that at a book like panam, you know it's all about the money. Betpanam either doesn't have the money, or the owners simply don't want to pay. SO in a case like that, it is extremely upsetting to know that you may not get paid, but at leats you understand why you aren't being paid. In the case of EFS, what is frustrationg, is that you know they have the money, and the only reason you aren't being paid is because of some administrative screw up. But because they refuse to allow thier customers to speak directly to any of the departments involved or speak to anyone in management, these screw ups that could be easily cleared up, could go on for weeks on end without a resolution. It's bad enough when you aren't being paid, but when they refuse to explain to you what the problem is, or give you any promises as to when payment will definitely be made, after a few weeks fear definitely begins to set in. Sure i might get paid. But my crdit card bills are due now, and they don't appear in any rush to resolve the issue, so I might not get paid in 6 months.
Just amazes me, that while most other boks try build thier repuation on the fact that they always pay, EFS actaully can afford to pay, but thier upper management seems to care so little about their reputation, that they actually chas customers away with thier poor cs.
Imortant thing is I got paid, nightmare is over. Thaks again to all who helped
