The Steakhouse @ Circus Circus. It's probably the only reason why Circus Circus is still in business. I promise you that you'll be happy with your meal.

The Sushi place at Paris is the nuts. Also the buffet is good. About $45, I think.

Surprised the Bellagio buffet hasn't been mentioned.

Guaranteed food comatose every time you leave that place.

They have just about anything you want: italian food, seafood (crab legs galore), any kind of meat you can imagine (kobe, wellington, prime rib, etc)....and this is not typical buffet food, it's food you'd happily buy in a restaurant. I think it's $35/person on the weekends for dinner, but it's definitely worth trying at least once...

I'm not a fan of the RIO seafood buffet, a bit over-rated, but I like MGM and Planet Hollywood.

I pretty much just pig-out on the Alaskan King Crab legs, and little else, I love the way they are pre-sliced, I can eat 3+ lbs of them.

The buffets are all the same to me....as long as they have the legs.
