Co-capt--you live on one of several beautiful islands in the Pacific that are hot and humid as hell. Great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. Better than (pretty hotz) San Rafael though, but what does that have to do with winning (or losing) bets???
I think the heat got to June Jones near the end of regulation - he tried like hell to cover the spread, but almost lost the game - Jerk Jones.
FYAss - I read his write-ups because they are very insightful especially into the inner motivation of the team. I still do my other handicapping and make up my own mind using his input. I happened to luck out and have Houst +10.5 and took some Hawaii -5 at half-time. I also bet the Under 76 which was probably my best handicapped bet on the game, but happened to lose because of OT in a game that should never have gone to OT. It's a very tough business, this sports betting, so don't bash guys when they lose.

Co-Captain, the over was not a "good call", it was more like a gift from god. You should be jumping up and down for getting it instead of responding. If I would've bet on that game and had it go over like that I'd be laughing about that game for years. FYA talking trash after the fact is weak.
