Josh Mcdaniels is yet another Bill Belichik created blow hard castoff that will never amount to anything. He clearly is trying to be cocky & arrogant like The Hoody, but is clueless and out of his league. Pisses on his franchise QB then dumps him, pisses off his star WR, brings in shitty Kyle Orton, then gets his star rookie running back injured by running 3 straight times and the last rush came when Moreno was clearly injured, yet he ran him again. He was a nothing as a college player, he had virtually no college coaching experience, and got lucky with Cassel in New England, where any coach with a half a brain could have developed him.

ALl I know is if I'm a new head coach and you tell me I got Cutler, Marshall, & Royal on my offense, Im like HELL YA! I will find a way to adjust my system to them to fit their needs.
However, Daniels, much like a few other dumb stubborn coaches will not change his system to accomodate the strengths of his personnel.
