BHB, it doesn't matter if he threatened to kill your mother and rape your sister, you are in business and you have an image to project in order to both woo and keep customers. Acting like this simply helps suggest that you'd react exactly the same way in any serious dispute with a customer, and who needs that? All you can do is hurt yourself here.

They gave you good advice Scott, you can't sink to their level. They talk of my Pop and every other thing they can come up with but I don't pay them the time of day. It's tough at first but after a while you start to pity them more than you actually can hate them. Hang in there guy.
