I snapped my pitching wedge at the range the other day and want to replace it. I have a left handed TaylorMade Rocketballz set and I would prefer to just get the same club but can't seem to find just the wedge online.

Anyone know where I could find this club? Or any advice for replacing my pitching wedge? Any suggestions?

Can't you just have a new shaft put on it?
That was my first question. I've busted so many clubs over the years I've lost count. I busted my Driver shaft in the car door the other day and had to replace the shaft. It should be as easy as putting a new shaft in, unless somehow the head got bent..

I don't play near as much as I used too but anytime I snapped a shaft, I'd call Titleist/Callaway/whoever and they had a process to mail it in and they either fixed it for free or for a nominal charge. Considering they're Rocketballz irons, they're obviously relatively new. Of course, the downside is it will likely be a 6 week process and summer is just beginning.

To avoid delay, you could probably just take the broken club to any decent pro along with another iron so he'll know to put in a very similar shaft.

The head is fine - it is just separated from the club lol - How do I go about this? Just take it somewhere and they can replace it?

There should be a golf shop that does repairs. I think Golf Galaxy is a national franchise. If you have one near you I would try them first. They do all kinds of club repairs and have a huge selection of shafts. If I drop my club off for repair I usually have it back the next day.

Take your 9 iron into where you get it repaired. I like the PGA superstores.

I went once but it was a 2 hour wait so I bailed. I am not sure if you can make reservations or find out what times arent as busy. Everyone I know that has went said its a good time. Probably not somewhere you go all the time - but a good place for drinks and golf is what most say

Guy at Galaxy Golf thinks it could be a fake even though he said he has never seen the club before. Said it wasn't really worth it to send to TaylorMade as they won't replace a fake. He also said he couldn't fix it himself.

I sent an email to TM to see if the serial number matches but i hear those can be easily faked.

Maybe Ill just buy a whole new set of clubs LOL

I am not worked up because I got a good deal. I sent an email to the site I purchased them from and the email to Taylor Made. I also am not that great at golf and have actually been hitting these clubs pretty well so I cant be too mad. Hopefully it doesnt mess with me mentally

I've never heard of counterfeit clubs. But I've had my irons for 10 years so maybe things have changed. Bizarre.

Still you paid for the brand. I'd be demanding a good portion of my money back. If not filing a dispute with my cc.. That's bullshit man. complete fraud.

Yea - these days there are tons of counterfeits online from what I have read but usually they counterfeit the more expensive clubs since thats where they can make the most money.

Ill post an update once I get one
