I always got to ask it... why?

I always look over the card for totals that can go over and this one jumps out at me. I see the Sox coming out being patient at the plate and getting runners on. The key of course is getting them home, which I hope will happen against Slowey who has lost three straight starts. The Twinkies are always good for early runs at home as well.
