Just got this in my e-mail from GameBookers, where I've had an account for a couple of years now ...

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
Happy Birthday, Phaedrus!

Please accept our warmest wishes on this very special day.

To celebrate your turning 32 years of age, we will deposit back to your betting account 32% of the amount of the first bet placed by you in the next 10 days.

We hope you enjoy your birthday gift!

I think the most truly wonderful and special thing about this birthday gift from GB is that it is not, in fact, my birthday. But who knew?

32% for 32 years? Why, oh why can't I be an old fart like the Shrink??? I could be getting guaranteed even money on one special bet!

Do you use Moneybookers to fund gamebookers? or does gamebooker take E-gold directly?

Well guys, thanks for the well wishes, but as I said -- it actually is not my birthday today.

IB

I used to fund my GB account directly with e-gold, then indirectly through Moneybookers (which is a sister company of GB, in case you did not know.) These days if I send money to GB it is through another excellent payment system, WebMoney. I will never, ever use any online payment system that requires "verification" in order to have a fully-functional account, which is why Neteller, Firepay, and now even Moneybookers are all off the chart for me.

WebMoney has been in business for over 12 years and has always delivered first-class service to me (have used them for about a year and a half now.)
