Somebody is buying this garbage! And just knowing the mentality of most gamblers, always looking for that edge lol, I KNOW alot of you have bought something off a late night infomercial...and wished you didn`t ....I`ll give my list of infomercial purchases...it aint pretty!

I once bought a real estate course, I thnk the guy is in jail now...lol

I once bought the Don Lapre (this guy is the cheesiest nutsack of them all) 'system' lol...I did get my money back on that one...

I once bought this body bronzer OMG this one was a NIGHTMARE! I put some on my face I ended up using the whole container trying to level it out LMFAO...I ended up looking like Al Jolsen!

I also bought into that SMC scam business (where you can sell all these items) hey Tom Bosley (Mr C of Happy Days fame was plugging it, who would think Mr C would rip me off?)

The General raves about his flowbee ....I was talking to him last summer and he told me its a must have for anyone wanting that miltary man for life look!

Also I saw Big George Foreman on TV tonight, he has sold 50 Million George Foreman grills!
What do you think George makes off each unit?

Another big seller appears to be that glider exercise piece Tony Little promotes...I think that actually looks worth it, these guys have to be filthy rich from this, its amazing...And some people sell worthless items...

of all the informercial "inventors" I think that Ron Popeil guy probably does the best. He is almost all of them and has tons of stuff. Just the other day I saw him with some knives that are guaranteed for life.

Yeah those tiny classified ads,lol...This is what I thought, if he is selling this many kits to people, won`t the newspaper be filled with the same classified ads? There are only so many newspapers compared to how many 39 dollar kits he sold.....And when I ordered this (it was like 10 years ago) they were hawking some product, damn...I wish I could remember the product it was some BS...I sent it back got my money back....This guy Lapre was on every freaking night for years!? And he was so annoying..."Tiny classified ads"
LOL..

That Don lapre seems to be popular here and I must admit he took me as well.he got me when I was unemployed and was looking for a home-based business. Should have known whenever it sounds to good to be true it usually is. I got into the 800# business through him and I never recieved 1 single solitary call>>>>$1000 down the dumper.

most of those ideas are good in theory, but when you try to actually use them, they are shit.

".....the Vegematic,
And a Pocket Fisherman too.
Illumunated illustrated History of Life,
And Boxcar Willie and a Ginsu knife.
A bamboo steamer and a Garden Weasel too,
And a tie dyed day glow souvenir shirt from
Six Flags Over Burbank.

....I got an egg scrambler,
With a Seal-a-Meal carrying case.
A set of Presidential Commememorative Plates,
So I could eat eggs off the presidents face.
A Minute Mender,
And a needle that'll knit or crochet
And an autographed photograph of Rin-Tin-Tin at
Six Flags Over Burbank.

... a smokeless ashray too.

Excerpts from "Vegematic" by the late great Steve Goodman. [Steve Goodman, Mike Smith, Shel Silverstein]
