Dale Griffin from one of my favorite bands Mott the Hoople also died today...That makes Scott Weiland, Lemmy, David Bowie, Glenn Frey & Dale Griffin..If Jimmy Page dies I'm officially cancelling 2016..
RIP....I know him and his band were popular, but just for the record, think the Eagles were overrated.. the music was terrible.. I never got it why they were popular.. to be honest it was the type of music you hear in a grocery store or an elevator..

This is getting strange. If I was a rocker, I'd just stay indoors til the springtime rolls around. Frey and Eagles contributed dozens of nice songs in their day. From his solo stuff I liked Smugglers Blues...song comes out of the gate like gangbusters.
