i am not... i just dislike you... and i dont think you are funny... that explains why you post so much and have so many free time around...

cs is obviously the standard starting job for almost anyone... in which you do a very simple and repetitive job....

customer care is like a VIP department, just with a different title, custom offers for loyal and important customers, customer activity tracking (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, winnings/losses).... a simple job still but not that repetitive and obvious... plus you have to be more experienced and saavy
