Finally jumped over the 50 unit hump that I seemed to be stuck at. Hopefully can build up to 60 day by day. One thing I noticed is a bit too many plays lately for my liking. Going to cut down and stick with the stronger stuff. Also getting into conference play I am going to try to stick with the conferences I am comfortable with (Big East, ACC, Big 12, Big 10, Pac-10, SEC, & A10) and a handful of teams that I follow.

Purdue -2.5 (3 Units)
Uconn +3.5 (2 Units)

Have a few in mind that I am going to add tomorrow.

I love the Purdue play. I fear road chalk almost as much as STD's but I love this play. Penn State is solid, but this is a great spot for the Boilers.

As for UCONN, if I could get that number tomorrow, I would blow my load. I see this game at -1 or pk.

Get ready to blow your load because it opened at +2.5 currently available +3.5 at Bookmaker, TheGreek, 5Dimes, and BetOnline.

I like the Tigers tomorrow with the points. I think you guys can get the W. I don't think Utah is very good and although LSU has been padding thier record with bad teams I liked the win over Washington St. I think the lines 2 points too high.

Although, you know the team better then I do so I should probably be asking your opinion on the game. What do you think?

#1. Too much information.
#2. WVU can shoot the ball well enough. They are going to struggle down low in this one though. WVU has 3 guys who can shoot a good enough % from 3.

Gl to your Tigers. Never know in college basketball. Definitley should be dogs on the road but it is tough to give more then 2.5 playing Utah vs the SEC.

Yes, I realize I have picked 4 road teams 3 of them in conference and am asking for trouble. For this reason I will have some small summarys in a few.

Purdue -2.5 (3 Units)
Purdue coming off of a loss to Illini to open Big Ten play but have had the week off to regroup and should be fired up to get a W. Although Hummel is a bit banged up and word is he may not play, Purdue is just that much better then Penn State. Purdue has plenty of guys to fill in. Moore, Johnson, and Grant can all fill in and pick up the slack. Purdue has won 9 of thier last 11 against Penn State. Penn State is led by G Talor Battle who leads the Big Ten in scoring however, Wisconsin held him to just 6 points. A performance that Purdue will be looking to repeat and they are definitley capable of defeating with maybe the best defense in the Big Ten. Purdues defense will be just to much for Penn State and I think Purdue will grab the road win.

Texas -4 (2 Units)
Texas is probably the most battle tested team in the country right now. They have somehow escaped a schedule that includes Saint Josephs, Notre Dame, Oregon, UCLA, Villanova, Michigan State, and Wisconsin with an 11-2 mark. The Razorbacks are beaming with confidence after beating up on a very soft schedule until managing to upset Oklahoma. How did they beat Oklahoma? Well it had something to do with scoring 96 points. How did they score that many? Well they shot 51% from the field (5.5 points higher then season average), 46% from 3 (8 points higher then thier season average), and attempted 43 free throws! I don't expect any of those numbers to repeat with Texas' very strong defense.

Not to mention AJ Abrams and the athleticism that Texas brings to the table may just be too much for the Razorbacks.

Uconn +3.5 (2 Units)
West Virginia is red hot, no doubt about that but this line just has so much value in it. Uconn is without a doubt the better team and they get to visit WVU with the kids still on break which will make it a slightly less hostile enviornment. Uconn has Thabeet and Adrien who are going to control the glass tomorrow but will also score the ball. Then you throw in guys like Dyson, Walker, Price, and Austrie and they present who can all score the ball.

WVU just doesn't have the strength or size on the glass to be able to get some of the tough rebounds that Uconn will be able to grab. Not to mention thier scores, Ruoff, Butler, and Bryant all draw thier toughest match ups of the season. Uconn thinks they are a top 5 team and tonight they will prove it.

Ohio State 1st Half +5.5 (2 Units)
Good game here with the kids on break for Ohio State to go in and make a statement. This should be a defensive Big Ten style game which I think makes 5.5 in one half a tough line for Michigan St to cover. These two teams always play eachother hard and if Michigan St does runaway with it I don't see it happening until some 2nd half adjustments are made. Ohio State hasn't loss by more then 7 to Michigan St since February 9th, 2005. That being said I like my chances.
