Locked & Loaded on 2 Plays

OK, my man, I hope you're feeling better. Definitely sounds like you have food poisoning from the symptoms you described. Get lots of rest and drink PLENTY of water. You should be good to go in the next day or so.

I quickly jumped on the 2 plays you just posted.

From The Greek, I have Davidson -1 and Texas -2 (bought hook -120)!

Let's get the CASH! :toast:

Oh oh! :ohno:

Let the chips fall where they may!

I'm tailing you on these 2 particular plays, GimmeDat. I usually tail Homedawg exclusively for NCAA hoops. Yet, I like what I've seen from Davidson and Texas. I certainly look forward to seeing Homedawg's reasoning why he's going opposite on these 2 plays.

Best of luck! :toast:

Davidson -1
Davidson is off to a 6-1 start this year with their most notable game being a 4 point loss to Oklahoma in a game where they stormed back late in the game and nearly pulled the upset. Davidson has a history of not backing down against opponents from power conferences. West Virginia will not intimidate Davidson and while Davidson is a much different team without PG Jason Richards, West Virginia lost thier best player in Joe Alexander. The WVU offense seems to be missing Alexander quite a bit if you look at their 43 point effort vs Kentucky and 53 point effort vs Cleveland State. Last year, with Alexander, they scored under 55 points just twice all year both times on the road vs ranked teams in Pittsburgh and Louisville.

I think this has much to do with West Virginia not having a player that can take over a game and get the baskets when they are desperatley needed. True Da'Sean Butler and Alex Ruoff can score the ball but they are role players. Ruoff is a spot up shooter who needs to be fed the ball on the perimiter and Butler is more of an inside player. They don't have a guy like Stephen Curry who can drive, shoot, and take over a game and I think that will be the difference tomorrow.

Curry however is not the only capable player on Davidson. Andrew Lovedale impressed me last year in the tournament and he has continued that trend this year posting up some very strong numbers and also controlling the glass. I think this is going to be a closley contested game for the most part but when it comes down to crunch time WVU's lack of a true scorer is going to kill them in my opinion.

Love your plays, do you have an opinion on Purdue -11 at BSU? It seems to easy to be true I am not great at capping so any insight would be great. Thanks alot and BOL!

Leaning towards Purdue. Purdue is very good and Ball State has already lost to Butler, Arkansas St, and Evansville. They don't seem like they are capable of playing with Purdue. But the thing that is holding me off of this is that last year they went 6-23 yet only lost to Georgetown by 9 and lost by 13 @ Purdue, a very tough place to play.

Its a tricky game. However, I am thinking of adding a play on Purdue 1st H.

Thanks! I noticed the Purdue line is climbing fast I took a small play at -11. Thanks for the quick response and BOL with all your picks.
