General wrote "Good reason for my question. I am dealing with a pay dispute and I am trying to gather all the facts I can from both parties. My question was not meant to harm anyone."

Again, No disrespect.
Your question had nothing to do with the dispute?
You were questioning the origin of people who supported Kongen in this thread which has nothing to do with the problem at hand.

I think General and Mcirish are from denmark too. I think they were bonus hustling panam and got mixed up with this Kongen guy and thats why none of us are getting paid.

*laf*

It's no wonder most of you are living your pedant little lives with your thinking. Some of us are meant to be peasants, and some kings.

I have informed kongen of my involvement on the matter right now and that is I'm out of it till I see Stings report from Panama.

Good luck all.

That in response to my tribute to Americas finest fighting force.

Now you act as if I would look down upon you.

This After I worked for you, trying to get you paid before.

I cannot understand the lack of appreciation by you.

Good luck

Bucsfan, unfortunately looks like they are in fact slow/no paying. What bothers me is they tried to mask it with "management changes" and etc. While still taking in postups. Hope they don't new deposits to payoff old debts.

I'm from Denmark - Kongen is from Denmark. So what? I've never bet on sports, but what I see from Panam reminds me of the bullshit you get from some of the rogue casinos. I've been a players advocate for a few years - mainly dealing with casino issues.
If anyone took the time to go over the correspondance between Kongen and Panam I think it's pretty obvious what happened. They begged him to come back and play - and when he didn't lose, they made up some bullshit story. A story that got less consistent for each time someone questioned it. I'd say the latest developments somehow shed a different light on the Panam side of the story.

Panam mentioned a bunch of other players signing up at the same time as Kongen. Obviously they didn't emphazise the fact that this happened BEFORE they invited him back with a nice offer - and AFTER they cleared him the first time. I'd be more than HAPPY to help the mediating parties on verifying whatever info they may have on these players. I doubt they're able to make up 5 fake players properly. And if they DIDN'T make them up, it would be easy to check how close they may be related to each other and to Kongen. A lot easier to check if you're a Dane with access to all the online databases and diretories in Denmark.

Kind of off-topic, but I would like to commend the Danes, or at least kongen and jyde. They write better and spell better in English, and are more articulate, than 90% of the North American posters.

Simple question....why can't PanAm pay if they have a $500,000 bond or have post-up funds set to the side? Waiting for an infusion of cash or what? Can they come and make a statement?

Maybe they will come in here and get some posters to make some bets with them and when they lose maybe they will disappear and do a Surfboard.

How about paying your $50 debt ?

Lurker thanks for the memories, I asked this before and got no response, whatever happened to this case that was up for mediation and to see BetPanam response response to this post really confirms to me they were out to stall and no pay people in the long run anyway. Yeah see what poor innocent standup Scotty

well, i know it's not much but since ivan and his new partner agreed to finaly pay me the $100 he owes me (i'm shocked too) i have decided to give it to somebody that was stiffed by betpanam so with that being said i will be reading all the panam stories and decide on who i feel deserves the $100

i know it's not much but money but, at least it's something though

Go2guy, nothing has happened despite several promises made from PanAm. To this date nothing has been sent in to the mediators. Seems to me that a book truly willing to pay it's customers would be interested in solving "disputes" as a sign of goodwill.

Kongen,

Panam can't settle the dispute with you. They have no money. At this point all you can ask for is an acknowledgemnet that you you were right and they were wrong.

Funny how mods and book reps were anxious to get involved with this case now we don't hear anything from them. Why no response?

Yup marc, I'd like that too. But they aren't doing anything about my requests, other than telling me (or others inquiring on my behalf) soon...
