I remember a few years back when Areef was scamming books and then crying here. I would be willing to bet Kongen is just another one of those 2 out of 3 posters that post on these forums.
The number of people scamming is probably more like 3 out of 4 but for conversation sake I will be conservative and say 2 of 3.

complaints keep mounting up on this book. how can a book be recommended here, when there are so many BS excuses for not getting paid, slow pay, etc....

Well Day # 3...and some guy named Sean told me the Payouts Manager is in a meeting (ironically, 40 mins ago Scotty said he was in the bathroom and about 20 mins prior the lady @ customer service said he wasn't in yet)..

the Payout worker (sean or shawn) told me that Panam's Neteller was dry - well I kinda put him in a spot asking him if it was or wasnt and what was with the delay?
I assume Panam will get their act straight. I've been a long time customer with them - and I find their lines good (since they have both NBA and NHL Overnight lines).
However, they say they pay "LIGHTNING FAST"... Albeit, Panam has paid a portion of the request. I'm afraid of withdrawing everything - is that a good sign?
Should one withdraw all the money in case of any books going down after superbowl with the exception of the big ones such as Pinnacle and OLY (and UK and exchange bets books)?

I'm not here siding with PanAm or kongen; I'm here to remind you all that one of the sound assets of BetPanAm is being regulated by a gaming commission in Panama.
That's one feature every player raved about when they first opened. So, let them use it now.
Scotty has posted the number to the gaming commission. I have a hard time believing he would be willing to risk $500,000 (which is the amount they are required to keep in escrow) if he didn't have a solid case against kongen. Who would risk half a million bucks over 2K? I wouldn't and I don't think that any sensible business man would.

Shrink & staff, ASSUMING Ivan is telling the truth about what he's been told and given how much PanAm has been heralded around here I think you owe the forum an update as to what's going on down there. Since you proclaimed them as virtually the second coming of Christ when they started up it would be a PR disaster to you guys if they (PanAm) were ever to have any troubles.
