I have a problem with bonus rollover requirements with a reputable advertiser here.
I had posted up with them for a decent bonus with a 10x rollover. I had lost my 7 last deposits. And each time when I re-up with a zero balance, i would ask the CS manager whether do I have to rollover my lost deposits and was told that I did not have to. I only had to rollover my last deposit+bonus 10 times.
I was on a winning streak on my 8th deposit and when I completed my 10x rollover, I requested a payout of half my balance on 16/OCT. But their CS manager asked me to leave all my funds in their book and will give me a decent bonus, but i refused. They did not have funds in neteller at that time, so they processed only 1000 to me on 17/oct and told me I would get the rest on Monday. But on Monday, they said they did not process my neteller payouts cos they are still no funds in neteller. So i requested a payout by bank wire and was told it would be process on tuesday, cos their 3rd party banking administrators have left for the day
Tuesday - 1st email: The electricity is out at our 3rd party banking processors entire building, As soon as the power comes back up I should have the confirmation. I will pass this along to you as soon as I get it. Please feel rest assured that it has been in process.
- 2nd email :We sent the instructions to our 3rd party banking administrator last
night and the power to there entire building here was outalmost all day. They confirmed to me this afternoon that they receivedyour instructions but I have not heard back yet if they have processed the wire. As soon as I get confirmation (which will include a tracking
code for the transaction) I will forward it to you.
Wednesday - can't get hold of them.
Thursday - they sent me an email stating that just as they were about to release the funds to me, their accounting found out that I had not met my rollover requirements of my last 8 deposits. I called but still can't get them.
Is it fair for the book to ask me to rollover my last 7 deposits which i have lost?
