Honestly many of these big hospital systems are not wanting to do this, while many others are full blast about the mandates. Much akin to the political divide we are witnessing in mainstream America.

I know personally the local 3 hospital system here has not mandated MD's or employees to be vaxxed....most of the employees have already had Covid anyways. Across town, the other big player has required to everyone all the way down to independent contractors and delivery people, regardless of their contact and access to hospital patients of visitors.
