I always look to bet senior/junior dominate teams that knew they had little to no chance of making the tourney & had time to warm up to the idea of playing in the NIT. UConn is a tough call because they knew the only way they were getting in two weeks ago or longer was with a conference tourney title, but they actually got within one win, so who knows. Maybe they were so close that they don't care, or maybe they already were prepared for the NIT & want to win it. Same goes for a team like Temple that probably thought they got snubbed. They could either be pissed & motivated, or they're attitude could be like a little kid waking up on Xmas morning expecting to see their favorite toy only to receive a pair of socks.
