Jesus, nothing like having someone to blame for your loss. This guy has been a Cubs fan forever and if most of us were sitting in that seat we would have went for the ball also. Why isnt everyone on Gonzalez, he dropped the ball to turn 2. This really gives a bad name to Chicago fans and its really sick to see them blaming this guy for the loss. Its a game and now people are threating his life. Its so pathetic to hear all of these people saying well that fan cost us the game. Give me a break. The Cubs flat out didnt get it done in the 8th inning. Get off the guys back!!!!!!!!!!
Agreed KRIS1...SF Giants fan, so have followed Dusty, felt it was out of character...First thing he blamed was an "Uneducated Fan"...Guess its better than Doggin' your team with one more game...LOL! What really got me was giving out the guys full name, address, telephone number, and even place of employment...to much!
Kris- Do you think the guy made a hedge bet on the Marlins tonight? That way if the Cubs win, people get off his back. If the Marlins win, he's still going to take a lot of heat but at least he'll have some cash to show for it.
I think the best way for him to play it would have been to take the Marlins +1 1/2 and hope the Cubs win by a run.
