The Angels are pitching Lackey, who don't get me wrong is a stud. BUT, he hasn't pitched all year which means he will be on a short leash. I would be surprised for him to go more than 6 innings unless he is just mowing them down and keeping his pitch count low. This means the Angels bullpen will have to be ready early and they are not too reliable.

-from a little while ago but pretty much sums up their current bullpen as well.
Washburn started off the year on fire and like I could of told you after his first couple of starts, he has cooled down.
The angels are a good team who have been struggling of late, not because they are cooling off, but because they ran into Texas(hottest team in baseball in my opinion) on the road. They will bounce back tonight and should score 4+ tonight.
We will never say one of our picks is a lock because it's sports betting. You cannot predict it. But analyzing games closely and noticing trends are essential to being right more than wrong. We don't go TOO much in depth with our analysis because getting too caught up with math/numbers can in the long run effect you.
92% of vegas is on the Under in that game off the assumption that Lackey is going to be in tip top form and pitch like he did last summer. It is somewhat chilli there at 59 degrees with chances of rain making it tougher to spot pitches. Wind is blowing out, and like always...vegas has manipulated betters to take the under.
Let us know if you like our analysis, or if you think we're absolutely insane. Either way, WE WIN!
Just our two cents...enjoy and BOL
