It's still wrong for a 15 year old girl to start having sex. I don't care if it happens all the time it doesn't make it right. In fact it a horrible reality that our children are not educated at all in life problems.

And this is why we have laws to protect children when this stuff happens. The law says a boy or man can't have sex with a 15 year old girl. He broke the law. The law is needed because of all the people like all you guys who say it's the girls fault this happened.

Like the boy couldn't have stopped it. You all know that the boy could have walked out at anytime. He didn't have to break the law. I'm sorry but you guys are wrong.

15 year old girls do need protected through the law because it's obvious that most people have no morals!!!

Dude. I think you are out of touch. I trust that your daughter would never be in that position in the first place. But seniors and sophomores in every high school in America are having sex. A sophomore in high school is a long way from that little girl that first went to school.

But this is why I would do my best to not allow my sophomore girl date older guys. At least peer pressure would be less.

But to spend one day in jail for this is absurd.

Now if it had been an adult it would be a totally different deal. Did you catch that part where, in the same state, a female teacher had sex with a student and was sentenced to 90 days. Now that deserved prison time!!!

We have morals man... but we are realistic... So you will send your kids down to the local police department if you catch them drinking b4 21? Because it is the same thing... u let me know when u catch ur girls drinking b4 21 and make sure u send them down to the police department to get booked for that BS... Or if you ever catch them smoking weed and they have some weed on them make sure to call the police then... KIDS DO THINGS MAN... but the penalties are crazy...

I would much rather have my daughter have sex with someone... then to do heroin or cocaine... and those penalites are much lesser...

And by the way if you have a daughter whose 15 and you tell her sex is bad, there is a 75% chance she's been plowed a few times...

As I said Dr... Make sure when u catch them drinking or smoking with guys that you immediatly call the police and get everyone there including your daughters arrested becasue they are breaking the law... and the law is made to protect young people... so make sure u do that
