Japan to win WBC +600 (Medium)

This line is one of the more ridiculous lines I have seen in a while. Japan cares about this tournament more then any other team in the field does and we know all the players will be of your "typical Japan baseball mold". They all have good fundementals, great defense, great pitching, great baserunning and good pitching. They have Dice-K as the ace of the staff which this year is as good as any ace in the field.

Games start Thursday morning at 4:30 Am. Looking at a few plays.

Really love this Japan play. The line is dropping fast so play it fast if you want to follow. This holds great value all the way down to +300.

Hey GM,

BM doesn't have a ML for this game so what are your thoughts on Japan -10.5 LOL.

I have Mexico to win it all with the upset but it won't be easy to beat this Japanese team.

China will not score.

I'm gonna lay the -115 on both the -11' and the u13' and get a 2 run middle.

This has bullshit written all over this game.

***WARNING***

There is a MERCY RULE, if Team A is up by 15runs after batting in 5innings or if Team A is up by 10runs after batting in 7innings.

I am going to also go ahead and play:

Canada to win Pool C +800
Good value here. Play this one small though. Canada definitley has the hitting to contend and with Venezeula without Zambrano or Santana they really lack the pitching to win Pool C. This will come down to Canada vs USA in my opinon giving us a chance to hedge out. Also, like Canada to upset USA just like they did in 2006.

Japan to win Pool A -300
Playing this one medium. Japan is really in a league of thier own and have far and away the best 1-2 punch in the classic with Yu Darvish and Dice-K. Also, can't hurt they get to play @ Tokyo Dome in front of a sold-out crowd. Don't mind laying the -300 as I think this should be around -600.

Japan -10.5 (-115)
Medium play here on this one. Japan wins this game like 16-1. In front of the crowd they will put up runs and not hesitate to keep scoring. This one could get ugly. China is lucky to get the 1 against Yu Darvish, guy is a stud. Tough to stop the bleeding when you go against a team that has great baserunners, great speed, and great hitters. Doesn't hurt that China is the worst team in Pool A by a mile.

Watch this game be 12-2 after seven and Japan backers get screwed.

Thats the only worry in my mind. Really don't give China a prayer here. Japan backers are playing against time. Hopefully, they go up 15 in the 5th and we can move on.

Yup. Japan absolutley dominated the game. Early on they got two yhrown out at the plate and came just feet away from several home runs with men on base. It took a few good defensive plays to get out of a few jams.

Mercy rule is fine. In this tournament usually you win by 10+ with the mercy. It just sounds bad when your laying 10.

There's one out where you can still get Japan at +750, even after their first game!
