I have checked this forum a couple of times today and am amazed at how biased everyone is towards GB. Are people forgetting that the Saints are a good team?? Reggie is listed as probable, Deuce has potential to kick ass, and their passing game is tops in the NFL. If everything comes together they are possibly the best offensive team in the NFL. Sure they lost earlier in the year on MNF, but doesn't that give them more incentive to kick ass tonight? Add to all this the fact that a loss ends their chances of making the playoffs and you see a team that is desperate for a win.

I realize the Packers also need this win and that they dominated last week, but that doesn't mean they will play good tonight. New Orleans is favored, which means Vegas thinks they will win, and I'm with them. Earlier in the day I was all for the Packers, but the more I thought about it the more I realized that my rationality for picking them was biased b/c all the people in here are die-hard for GB. If the Saints come out firing they will gain momentum, which will in turn get the defense going. I predict a 35-24 NO win.

All this said, I don't know if I am going to bet on the game b/c so many different things could happen. If you do bet take the Saints. Steer clear of the over b/c a slow start for both teams could make this a very low scoring event. GL

You have essentially said nothing.

"If" .... "potential" .... "possibly" ....

You are right about one thing. You should not bet on this game.

NO is no longer favored. they both have the same records, which means they're both fighting for playoffs - point invalid. the advantage i give to the saints is the passing game and home field advantage...but i give GB pass defense and run game the advantage...GB pass D vs. drew brees is going to be interesting, i'll be on the packers and good luck!!

News: Bush (knee) is inactive for Monday night's game against the Packers, the Times-Picayune reports.
Spin: Bush was able to participate in practice for most of the week on a limited basis, but has not yet sufficiently recovered from the knee surgery he had over a month ago. Pierre Thomas and Deuce McAllister will split the rushing load in Bush's absence, with Thomas likely getting the majority of carries. Bush's next chance to return will be Week 13 at Tampa Bay.
