Huge NYG fan and I STILL can't believe we beat the Cowboys in the playoffs, or GB, or NE, or this year PIT, or Bal, or ARI, hell I was worried for the Cardinal game. But the Giants are for real. Great team.

Not to mention they are like 16-1 in thier last 17 road games.

BTW over looks good in this game too. Giants will either put up 30 or it will be a close 27-24 type game.

Super Bowl hero Plaxico Burress accidentally shot himself in the right thigh and spent the night in the hospital, another dramatic turn in a tumultuous season in which the star New York Giants receiver has been fined and suspended.

The Giants said the shooting happened Friday night and he was released from the hospital early Saturday. The team did not say which hospital Burress went to or how badly he was injured.

However, a team official told The Associated Press that Burress shot himself in a nightclub. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the team was still trying to sort out all the facts.

“Our primary concern is for Plaxico’s health and well-being, and given the circumstances, we are relieved to say he was released from a New York City hospital,” the Giants said in a statement.

the only thing that might be different for this game is there is a big sean taylor rememberance ceremony before the game portis and moss might play with a little extra something on sunday

you think professional football players that have it together enough to win the championship last year are going to find something extra that they couldn't find before, in the opposing team honoring not only their dead teammate, but the entire league's (nyg players included) former co-worker? maybe they should eat some babies before the game too, you know, for the extra strength.
