jus like i figured... pure skill wins over guys just out to hit everyone... what made it worse was they had Roenick in between periods saying that for the US to win they had to "hit them everywhere, just keep hitting them"... the body check wasnt a good match for the toe drag tonight

what do they say about a USA player he has heart, grit and a hard worker but not many apply enough of that to master the skills of the game

sure it may be boring practiceing to skate and stickhandle but when you play the game and make moves like Kovalev did last night and set up your teammates its worth it

USA has no forwards on this team born in the 80s 1976 maybe if US had the bigger ice surface that would help or more frozen ponds to train on

There's something weird going on in Finnish team. Defender Janne Niinimaa left the team and Finnish coach Summanen might get fired after this World Cup. Saku Koivu said that players support coach, but who knows what's really going on behind the scenes.
