I see Olympic is using 5 and 77.5. After watching tonights game I can only look to lay -4.5 on the Lakers in game 6. May never see that number, but it is worth looking for.

Spurs had their chance. The knife is in their back, they are now on their knees, look for the Lakers to put them to sleep. Lakers by double digits.

Surf - something tells me there will be some more dramitic finishes before a Champ is crowned. Are the Spurs dead, no, are they taking on water, for sure. After some very ho-hum first round, and early second round games things have gotten very exciting in the NBA lately. More this weekend, should be one hell of a weekend considering football is out of season.

CAN YOU HONESTLY TELL ME SAC OR WOLVES HAVE A CHANCE AGAINST THE LAKERS. AND THE EAST, WELL, THATS ANOTHER STORY. IT WILL BE A QUESTION NOW OF HOW MANY GAMES DOES IT TAKE LAKERS TO FINISH THE NEXT TWO SERIES. I SAY 9

SPURS ARE DONE. THEIR HEARTS ARE BROKEN

Honsestly - I give either Sac. or Minny a shot, imo. anything can happen from here on out. The Lakers got the ultimate miracle tonight, laying a 12 point egg in the 4th Quarter and still escaping with a win by the narrowest margin in NBA playoff history.

Oh brother. Last week the Lakers were dead and buried. Now they are going to steamroll their way to the Championship. I hope the Lakers lose on Saturday so I can read the Lakers are dead posts.

The Spurs are on the ropes, but I don't see any quit in S.A. To quote Rudy T, "Never underestimate the heart of a champion!" That said, Lakers have all the momentum now.

(may just try the over only in game six)

The last 5 years have produced 3 championships for the Lakers and 2 for the Spurs, we're before 2 champions playing their hearts out. The shots by Duncan and Fisher prove none of these 2 teams was ready to give up, not even with 0.4 seconds on the clock.

The way I saw the game, the Spurs never found their game last nite. They are a better team, as the Lakers have a lot of talent but a lot of ego on the court. With Payton, Malone, Bryant and O'neil they have a dream team, why is it that they can't produce as one?

On the other hand, the Spurs have had the most consistent defense of all teams and the Lakers the most difficult offense to contain.

Game 6 is do or die for the Spurs and they know it. They are on a mission and they're champions breed, do not understimate a team like the Spurs.

I think this coming game will be hard and ugly, just like the one last nite. The under comes to mind and as Wilheim, I'd only lay 4½ on the Lakers, but my heart being with the Spurs, I'd also wait to get a 6 point dog... I know Lander is taking both...

I predict the Spurs will win the series in San Antonio on game 7 and the series with the T-Wolves will be awesome as well. Good luck to all.

Can the Fakers beat the Spurs 4 straight? If they do, they deserve to win the title.

I have to agree...The Spurs beat themselves. They are a much better TEAM than the Lakers and if they are to pull out a win in Game 6...you have to think that they will not lose 2 in a row at home. JMO

Some interesting stats. Spurs 0 fast break points. As in none. Bowen, could be a goat, 0-5, Turkoglu, Co-goat, 0-4. Parker bad 4th game straight, 4-17. 3 assist, 6 turnovers. Probably biggest dropoff from first two. Series goat. Best Wishes...OF

Spurs are history - Lakers up 10 with 43 seconds to play - will they cover 4.5? 4 straight wins and covers for LA.
