usc opens as -10 road chalk.

Huskies with impressive 32' road dog outright win / cover in their L game at ORE STATE, but previous performances are less than stellar.

Two consecutive loss/no covers in the role of a favorite by 4 td's plus in each contest is not a good omen.

For Usc, being designated as a road favorite is a privilege. But in this role, I think Usc is deserving of the honor. Their record shows they have the proven credentials to cover this number.

I like Usc -10.

Washington's strength (passing), USC weakness although small is pass defense.Qb's Washington's has a ton of experience, USC's not so much. I will take the points in a small action play.

USC should have the encouragement from the VTEC loss. They have to win the rest of the year if they want to have any shot at the national title

USC to cover

UW is so bad at turning the ball over (- for the year) compared to SC (+1.34/gm). Although SC pass defense is a bit weak, they get great pressure on the QB and UW a bit weak in the pass protection area. QB Pickett takes a lot of hits.
I actually like laying the points although I am weary that the Pac10 home dog can bite.

GL, WinOne!!
