AP IS REPORTING THAT - QB JAY FIEDLER HAS A SPRAINED LIGAMENT IN HIS LEFT KNEE
AND WAS UNDERGOING TESTS MONDAY TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF THE INJURY.
HC DAVE WANNSTEDT SAID NO UPDATE ON FIEDLER'S CONDITION WOULD BE MADE BEFORE
WEDNESDAY. WANNSTEDT ALSO WOULD NOT SPECULATE HOW LONG FIEDLER WOULD BE
SIDELINED - IF AT ALL.

Keep in mind that Gresie is also not 100%. He has a big toe injury that does not allow him to move laterally (sp), and get much on his throws right now. Unless his toe improves by game time (doubtful), you will probably see Sage Rosenfelds at QB if Fiedler can't go.

I would love to see Sage Rosenfelds in this game. He will make less mistakes than Fiedler or Greise.

Greise at least can make some excuses.
