do not do business with this book. i am new here. i found out about this site from a friend who is a poster and he along with some other people on this site have mentioned thet would help me. i thank you but i have gotten nowhere in getting my $2,313.00. i was being patient with GA but no more. it has been 2 weeks since i requested a check, they have my id and i have met all requirements. every day i call and every day they say "call back tomorrow". what can i do to get MY money? GAMBLERS AVENUE WILL NOT PAY ME!!!!
Earl.. I am looking into your claim as per the emails you sent me yesterday. I talked to GA regarding it and I believe it is simply matching ID to account as I was under the impression that the two didn't, the emails I received also had two different names on them. I will call them again this morning but I fully believe that if you have or do send them the proper ID to match the name and address on the account that they will issue the payout.

Hate nothing against you bud but do you think all these people myself included that are complaining about not being paid means anything? Or is it just a coincidence?
I have been owed a measley $1500 and have been asking for a payout all week. I have faxed my ID over three times and they have said they didn't receive it or it mysteriously gets lost.
They need the money much more then me and they are in the same trouble Panam is in. Problems with owners and so on.
If I am not paid today I plan on going full scale hitting every forum I know. No Hate I am not going to email you so that they will pay a voice on the forums. Just tell them to very simply PAY EVERYONE THEY OWE.

it appears payment is on the way. tim emailed me with tracking #. he told me if i would have spoken with him directly it would/could have been handled better. thank you all. had no troubles playing with them and always figured they (royal) were a solid book. just need to process payouts in the accounting dept. a little quicker.

i emailed Tim and asked him to check on this for you....Tim is great to deal with, and many times it could be a simple misunderstanding.....
Just seems right now especially after Panam, everyone is being real cautious, and the players are "extra skeptical"( not that i blame them, i am one, and i am skeptical right now too)...But i would always give the benefit of a phone call to see what is going on....I can vouch for Tim being a stand up guy, and watches out for the players....

Frankie.. no one is holding a gun to your head to email me, I have offered to help a couple of guys in the past and have done so. Also judging my your response in another thread which I have provided for you, the impression I get is that you aren't even playing with Royal. If you are indeed legit then why not pick up the phone and take Richard up on his offer to clear things up. Seems pretty simple.

Thanks TT.. Frankie may be under the impression that I work for Royal which is false. But I will get a chance to see their operation this week as I am touring Curacao on vacation with my girlfriend and have made arrangements to drop into a few books, should be interesting to see Royal, Pinnacle and a couple others.
