I put in for a withdrawal from them last night via western union which i was told by fredd would be done right after i finished my rollover (i have been having problems with them ever since i deposited). I played over the rollover and put in for the withdrawal and they have not even deducted the money from my account. I tried calling 3 times and the phone rings and then goes busy and i have sent 5 emails and they are not responding. this coming from the same guy who told me he would be more than happy to process the withdrawal the second i hit the rollover........still waiting

you have been paid in full check your email, also notice that you were paid at 5:27 you posted here at 5:31. You need some patience ma'am, I wish you the best only.

It would have/should have never been an issue. I am in search of offending no one, but customers are getting more and more jaded to the point where at times, it can be very difficult to deal with. I try but it gets hard when people are a little rash from previous burns.... All is well that ends well.

...a ton or so of unnecessary adjectives in the heat of a moment, but words are hurtful and it is always good to react without anger.

If this is true, GA simply has to improve if you ask me.

From what i have been reading lately, most of the difficulties experienced with GA, have been a result of improvements being put in place.

Slash, you never have much to say, and when you do it never is positive in any way, my humble opinion, don't be so judgemental.

Did this person state the truth? Do you know for a fact? Did she give you proof beyond a doubt?

Don't be so quick to pass judgement. Nobody asked you, but I do don't want to seem mean or defensive...

don't take offense, but check this ladie's post first. None were about anything other than complaints. She must believe that complaining is the only form of getting people to gratify instantaneously. Side whenever you must but read up first.

She didn't say that from day one, she is a customer who expects instant gratification. A plague on our society. She didn't mention each email was like a minute apart. I got the proof, first check than knock away. Come slash cut us some slack.

Sickof I am sickof too so good day to all. This is a dead issue to me.

True UB we now got redundancy. I will tell everyone the saga of getting that one some day...it is a long stupid crazy I can't believe Costa Rica story. But now we can only go down under extreme circumstances.

I posted: If this is true.... don't you know the word "if"? If it's not true that she has sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls, fine with me. That's why I used the word "if".

Also, I think you should try reading all my posts on this board. You might learn something.

I just logged in, came up fine for me.

Also, just dialed the Wagering Line 1-800-207-6360, and it was answered on the 2nd ring.

Have you tried again?

Not questioning your post, just giving my results.

i needed to call g.a. this morning, when i sent a deposit, the phone was never busy, and answered on the 2nd ring....

i have been betting all day, probably been to the site about 30 times, counting the horse races, and checking that stuff, never once did i have trouble with it loading....
