If you have had unsolicted mail from us by way of us selling the list to someone else you have to have the proof to come and sustain an accusation. Where is it??

I have seen no increase in spam.
I also find Fred to be one of THE BEST CS reps i have dealt with, even when i was winning...Which didn't last long.
