Obama is the sixth post-World War II president to serve a 27th quarter in office.

27th quarter average
Reagan averaged 47.0% approval, slightly better than Obama's 45.9%

Implications

Americans' opinions of Obama have been steady this year, holding near 46%. If his approval ratings do not improve dramatically during the remainder of his presidency, his full-term approval rating average, currently 47%, will rank among the lowest for post-World War II presidents, tied with Gerald Ford's and better than only Truman's (45.4%) and Jimmy Carter's (45.5%).

Hmmmm, you're showing a Gallup poll from October that shows one thing when I showed one from today that shows quite another. I wonder why that is?

if Obama could run for a 3rd term..... He would win again.

Sadly, that is a true statement. Fortunately, he can't.

Whether you want to admit it or not, Hillary is a tainted candidate. Not only does she have legal problems but young voters aren't exactly warming to her. She is not likable and if legal problems don't get her, the lack of excitement will, the far left is not digging this old white lady. Trump will bail her out if he is the Republican nominee.

Looks like the R's are in the process of blowing another opportunity

he may win, because libtards embrace failure, because of 47% er's, because of the racist inner-city vote

all the GOP needs is more success, more prosperity, more marriages to survive, and their base will grow

Democrats, like cockroaches, thrive in chaos and despair, they feed on sewage, they live in the dark and hate daylight

The irony of you two racist scumbags calling somebody else a racist is hilarious, you think that because you make more money than somebody who disagrees with you, you're automatically better than they are. You're both steaming, fly infested sacks of shit.

Hey Felcher,

Gallup reports Trump polling today higher than ever.

CNN even reporting it, beeeeeeeeotch.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/05/05/politics/donald-trump-approval-rating-coronavirus/index.html

(CNN)The narrative seemed set: After a brief surge of public support for President Donald Trump in the early days of America's fight against the coronavirus, his approval numbers had settled back into the low 40s.

Right? Right.
Except that in Gallup's latest two-week tracking poll, Trump's job approval is back to 49% -- matching the highest it's ever been -- while his disapproval is at 43%.
That marks a 6-point improvement on Trump's approval number from the last Gallup tracking poll. And that improvement comes exclusively from independents -- 47% of whom now approve of the job Trump is doing, the best he has ever done among that group in Gallup polling. (He was at 38% approval among indies in the last Gallup tracker.)
