Mismatche: Buffalo-Pittsburgh

Steelers are the lowest scoring team in the playoffs at 19pts per game.
Their last 4 wins came against teams withOUT starting QB's in three of them.
Bengals, 2 times, Baltimore last game and only Seattle had a starter.

We're looking at a team that is going from worst in their division and who now has the talent to get to the BIG ONE!.
It would be great if Detroit surprised in the NFC and the Browns win the AFC. Two teams that never made it to the Super Bowl!

I like to see historical results when it comes to the post-season so my question is this - does this stat have an outcome? What are the historical results of the 4 teams that gained the most yardage vs playoff teams during the regular season vs. the 4 teams that we're the worst that made it into the post-season?
I agree but net yardage doesn't mean much either. Team A can have 450 yards and team B 200 yards and lose by 20. YPP would be more accurate and that's not bullet proof either.
Yeah, I'm confused why offensive stats specifically would matter when defense is seemingly more important. I might lean towards looking at pass rushing statistics or the eye test and the impact on QBs. Nothing can defeat top elite QBs like a pass rush. Brady, Mahomes, Montana doesn't matter. Put pressure on them and they look average.
Playoffs are different than the regular season which is why you have to watch the games. Teams evolve and sometimes are different that their representative stats or plays in the regular season anyways.
