Boston College +7.5 over Virginia Tech. 5 units
BC ML +230. 2 units. Looking for a SU win here.
Nothing like a revenge game with 17 starters returning including the starting QB.
BC was smashed last year 48-22 so this game is a conference revenge with a big circle on the schedule.
VT returns 19 starters w/QB - but this year BC has the most improved defense which is where the advantage is, as last year, VT was positive scoring team 30-24 and BC was a negative scoring 25-28 team.
Now BC is a positive 27-17 while VT is 31-23.
In college, teams that allow under 20 points per game are usually the play as long as they aren't a negative scoring team. BC is ranked #20th in the nation.
They also have a superior Passer QB rating by 50 points over opponents while VT is only +6!

Duke played GT as did FSU and Duke was beat last week by GT and was out gained by 140 yds. The game wasnt as close as the score..

Fresno State -3 over Nevada. 4 units.

Fresno was beat 2 weeks ago by UNLV by turning the ball over 4 times.
They bounced back last week and beat a solid (4-1) Washington ST team.
Fresno has the better defense even though they gave up 59 points to UNLV,

Here's why.
UCLA faced 4 ranked opponents. Rutgers none. This will be the easiest game for UCLA on the season .

EC is the only positive scoring team Army faced alll year.

Auburn faced #5 ranked Georgia last week and played solid.
Now playing #19th ranked Mizzu.

Vols have 10 point better defense. Vols have a 12 point defense. Home dog allowing under 20 points oer game, is the bet.
Tenn beat Georgia and should beat Bama.

Illinois +5 over Michigan 3 units.
Purdue scored 49 points last week on Illinois.
The only winning teams Illinois faced was Penn state and they lost 21-7 and Nebraska.
Michigan line originally opened -1.5 but moved to -5. This is an over exaction by the masses after Illinois gave up 49 points to Purdue last week, although winning 50-49.
We now have the better defense @20 pts or less as a home dog and that is where the advantage is today.

James Madison-9.5 over Geo Southern 3 units
JMU has best defense allowing under 17 pts per game. Geo Southern allows 30 which will be exceeded by JMU.

Baylor over Texas Tech. 5 units
The returns of 17 starters with the QB for Baylor will all be in this one. This is a revenge game from last year when TT beat Baylor 39-14 .
LY Baylor was a -10 negative coring team and now is a plus +6 with a defense that improved by 10 points.
TT isnt putting up numbers as good as LY so this should be an upset for Baylor.

Way too late info but…

Arkansas hasn’t played Texas yet. Arkansas was off the week before LSU. I think you’re referring to the A&M game. But Arkansas beat Tennessee after the A&M game.
