did they take it down? i can't find it

Football --> Props ...

Michigan State under 9.5 +115....

got a couple WVU guys on the board to chime in but the u5.5 at +150 looks pretty attractive for a team that might only be favored in two games this season (home vs Towson, home vs Kansas)

I'm probably the only one but I'm on Indiana's bandwagon this season. Head coach Kevin Wilson will be entering his fourth season and has showed progress each season. 1-11 in 2011...4-8 in 2012....5-7 last year. Wilson will have 18 starters returning with 10 of them on the defense. He had to play a ton of kids early and now has some maturity on the team.

Indiana total wins over 5.5 +140 looks like a keeper for me. I forecast wins against Indiana State, Bowling Green, North Texas, Maryland, Rutgers and Purdue. Will be difficult to win against Missouri, Michigan State, Michigan, or Ohio State but remember the Hoosiers beat Penn State last year so they could sneak in a win against say Iowa or another opponent.

Isn't taking Nebraska at over 7.5 wins like stealing money? It's almost Newton's Law of football that every year Pelini is going to win over 7.5 games but less than 9...

It does seem strange with the number at 7.5 on Nebraska. Yes, they lost a lot of talent but Bo has won 9 or 10 every season.

He does have to fine 11 new starters and a quarterback. He has only 5 regulars coming back on offense.

Still, if he's recruited at all..............

CL, could be a good call there on Indy. I don't play win totals, but this one looks good.

Did you guys notice that every one of these early win totals are all halves no even numbers? I would lay odds that out of the 35 teams on this list, at least 20 of them go under their total.

They can fall as fast as they rise. No way Mizzou wins 10 games.

Mizzou, USC, & UGA all with 9.5......2 of those teams will win 10. I agree that Mizzou could be out.

Something to keep in mind with some of these borderline 5/6 win teams. A long time ago when they used to come out with these preseason football betting magazines, they used to give out some interesting stats on what determines how many wins a team is going to have. Granted this was 15-20 years ago. Just about before the internet. But Vegas found that if a college team is returning the previous year's QB plus 3 offensive linemen, that a team had a 90% chance of having a winning season during the upcoming year. If one of the returning offensive linemen is a center the percentage went up to 95%. That's a very significant stat. Just keep in mind that was 20 years ago. It might be a tad different now. But for these borderline 6 win teams you may want to take it into consideration when determining the over/under win totals. Of course you have to use common sense. If you have 5 OL starters coming back but zero defensive starters you may have a problem. :)

Nebraska over 7.5 is a must play. Nebraska front 7 is going to be a beast. If I am correct 6 of the front 7 are back. Secondary could be a bit sketchy. Look at this schedule:

NEBRASKA 2014 SCHEDULE
8-30-14 FLORIDA ATLANTIC
9-6-14 MCNEESE STATE
9-13-14 at Fresno State
9-20-14 MIAMI FL
9-27-14 ILLINOIS
10-4-14 at Michigan State
10-18-14 at Northwestern
10-25-14 RUTGERS
11-1-14 PURDUE
11-15-14 at Wisconsin
11-22-14 MINNESOTA
11-28-14 at Iowa

I see them winning 7 at home and having to win at Fresno or Iowa to get to 8. If They don't get to 8, Pellini is gone and this team is in real trouble. I think this team can win the Big 10.

I would not be calling for West Virginia to beat Towson as if it will be a cake walk. This is a runner up championship team from the FCS level who has won against the FBS before. I would not be shocked they beat WVU.
