It's not funny if Dante or anyone believes Bush won.
The cards were stacked against Bush. It was like giving one team 5 outs per inning and the other team the standard 3 outs in a baseball game. Kerry was not asked any tough questions and Bush was the whole debate which was staged to make Bush look bad, a 6 year old could see that. In the end Kerry gained ZERO.

I DONT KNOW THAT THERE WAS A WINNER AND A LOSER IN THE DEBATE. I THINK IT WAS A SILLY WASTE OF 90 MINUTES. JIM LEHRER DIDNT ASK KERRY ANY REAL QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS VOTING RECORD IN THE SENATE (IE, THE $87b APPROPRIATION) AND THE FORMAT SUCKED ASS. KERRY REMAINS A CAREER POLITICIAN WHO WILL SAY ANYTHING FOR VOTES AND BUSH REMAINS STEADFAST IN HIS DESIRE TO PROTECT THE USA FROM TERRORISM AND IN HIS DESIRE TO SPREAD DEMOCRACY AROUND THE WORLD.
Lander, Debates Are Not Like Sporting Events. No Actual Points Are Kept. If You Think Kerry Won, That's Fine. If You Think Bush Won, That's Fine, Too. No One Could Prove Otherwise. Now, Elections, On The Other Hand, Produce Winners And Losers. This Is How The Political Process Works In America.
My Opinion Is That The Debate Was A Silly Waste Of Time. Kerry Said Nothing New And Bush Said Nothing New. From Watching Tv, Reading Newspaper Articles And Attending Rallies, We All Know What Each Guy Is All About. Jim Lehrer Did A Lousy Job And The Two Parties Did A Lousy Job In Deciding The Format And Rules. Again, My Opinion Is That There Was No Winner.
Favorite debate moment, when Bush said "we are facing a group of folks who have such hatred in their hearts" As John Stewart put it a group of folks sound more like a harmless gathering of diners at an Olive Garden restaurant.

Now if things went great in Iraq WMD found and the Super Bowl and Olympics are scheduled to be played Iin Bagdhad...Kerry would have said "I voted for the war.Without my leadership we wouldn't have gone"
