1. Full Tilt support is FUCKING TERRIBLE.

2. After you log in click on the Red "Cashier" circle on the right. On the left side there's a button that says "Bonus Account". Your bonus should be in there. (it's released in $20 increments for the full $600 bonus I believe). If the bonus is not there I wouldn't play a single hand until they decide you're worth emailing back. You're just tossing away money in rake otherwise.
