theres gonna be a 30 for 30 on this team 10 years from now. Jameis audibles twice on 3rd down inside the 10 and settles for fgs both times then throws on 3rd down up 2 possessions with 3 minutes or so left. im convinced Jameis and the boys just clowned this team tonight. knew they could score at will, cook got 20 a pop whenever he really wanted to. they trolled us all season and made some money for their homies.
Florida State-Oregon would be a good first round matchup..........although I would give FSU the #2 seed in part cause they are defending champs, in part cause Winston has NEVER lost a game at QB, in part cause their QB gets roasted each week on something and still wins, and their ability to win many close games....They've won so many in a row I don't think anything will be easy against this team and it will definitely be earned if they do go down.
I would not say they did not play anybody. How man teams played 12 games vs power 5 conferences to include Notre Dame? How many teams would schedule Ok State, ND and Florida as part of their OOC sched in the same year? Name me one team in the P5 conference that has an OOC sched as tough as FSU.
Nobody schedules 3 tough OOC games in a year anymore and FSU should get credit for doing that. Maybe FSU could have taken more weeks off to prepare for bigger games if they scheduled FCS, MAC, SUN Belt or Conf. USA teams throughout their season. It is not like they scheduled Western Carolina in late November before a huge rivalry game. I mean honestly, is that anything other than an extra week to prepare?
