If this line is under 17, pound UF. Not just saying this because of FSU's poor peformance against BC tonight, or UF's great performance against SC today.

Doesn't matter that's it a rivalry, or at FSU, or FSU is one of the few teams with comparable speed.

FSU is lost on offense, especially without Antone Smith healthy, and the defense is really beginning to rack up the injuries. Thacker (DT) plays with all the heart he's got, but he's just not good enough to get the job done in the middle.

Gators win 45-20

From what I've seen from the two teams I don't see how UF wins by less than 30. I'd say Florida wins 45-10

BC's defense is better than UF's. At least on the DL, where it really matters.

FSU moved the ball against UF last year, in the Swamp, with Weatherford playing QB. They just had to settle for FG's instead of TD's.

Wouldn't be shocked to see FSU score 20 in this game. The problem is going to be their sieve of a defense that can't stop the option read. UF will break 50 again...

The line will be around 18+ points. Canes got 24 on the road so I assume the line will be similar.

So many better games on the board instead of risking cash on a team to win by 20 on the road in a instate rivalry.

Seeing how LSU played today makes me think that the SEC might not be as strong this year as usual. That LSU and UGA blowout had a lot more value before todays game.

UF is legit. Easily the best offense in the country but still major concerns on defense. Fortunately for UF, they don't have to play a great offensive team until the BCS Title game though.

If Urban is smart, he will only have a limited arsenal against FSU and will not have Tebow run the ball more than 5-6 times. If he runs the ball 5-6 times, he is going to get hurt with the D-Line that FSU has and the way Mickey has the boys play.

The important thing is to overreact. That always works well in betting.

Generally although not completely useless trend, Florida has beaten FSU twice by more than 7 points in Tallahassee in the last 34 years.

I agree on how good Florida looks. I suggest you also consider how bad teams tend to be ATS the following few weaks after they destroy someone on TV with everyone watching.

The thing is that UF puts so much pressure on other teams offenses because they are always putting up points. The Gators kinda remind me of the 99 St. Louis Rams.

Now people think -20

But thats just me.

Ponder is getting scary though. Not a good game. EJ Manuel better turn out to be for real, but that is a different discussion.

let's make it 27 :howdy:

FSU is no better than South Carolina. You have to be able to score a bunch to touch UF because it is obvious that the strength of the opposing defense is of little significance. Can FSU keep up offensively?

yes, Florida cannot be beat. I completely agree. Lets make it 34.

I'll start considering FSU if the line gets over 25. Last year was a total mismatch @ UF, and I really doubt that FSU has closed the gap much at all.

just keeping it real

FSU was totally destroyed last year at Florida. 47-12 or whatever it was. FSU wasnt generally that bad, but Florida was the better team and it wasnt unlucky for FSU, they were that bad. It was as bad as the scoreboard said it was.

The year before, Florida won 21-14 in Tallahassee. There was a dropped TD ( easy to catch) pass by an FSU TE where they got nothing after that and an FSU kick return for a TD that got reversed where a guy stepped out of bounds by a few inches at the FSU 40 and FSU got nothing from that drive.

Florida was the clear better team going into that game too. Its fair to say FSU gave them all they could eat, but made some mistakes as struggling teams do and lost 21-14.

Id be wary of unloading on Florida. But I see what others see too. But Id lookout. Maybe that is Homer talking.

Guys your insane if you think UF is laying more than 2 scores @ FSU. FSU is still a very talented team that should be able to hang fairly tight against UF. I feel like this will be FSU's bowl game, as its their chance to show they have something to prove.

If I can get anything close to what you guys are throwing out there, I'm all over the Seminoles with Mr. Smith
